Multi-Media Display - "Building on the Vision" - Segerstrom Center for the Arts
The Segerstrom Center for the Arts brought me on as the project manager for this multi-media community relations installation to launch the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall Capital Campaign entitled “Building on the Vision”. The project included every aspect of development from directing the display design company (MICE Displayworks) and the creative team, to writing all the copy and selecting the visuals, as well as inclusion of the multimedia elements including construction time lapse and 3-dimensional digital architectural renderings.
The goal of the installation was to recognize major donors ($50K and up) and inform the general public and local government leaders about the mission of the Center as well as highlight the arts partners who would perform at the new Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall. It was installed earlier than expected and also came in under budget. The installation was responsible for driving key donors to make contributions in order to be included on the donor pedestals, and the arts partners regularly utilized it as an educational tool.

Event Publicity - Irrelevant Week 2011
As the lead publicist for Irrelevant Week 2011, I wrote all of the press materials and pitched local and national media to promote the 36th Annual Irrelevant Week, a 4 day event in honor of the NFL last draft pick, "Mr. Irrelevant". The event received extensive media coverage which you can read here, resulting in a sell out crowd for their annual banquet held at the Newport Beach Marriott.
